Hellish experience with gossiping pts. Have been messed up for weeks after two appointments that included things like hitting nerves with dry needling. I will never go back, I would never suggest it to anyone, and I think it should be shut down. I may lose a semester of grad school from it. The founder was very unpleasant over email after I called to complain.
BethesdaPhysiocare is a remarkable PT facility! Starting with the front staff and extending to physical therapists, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Their gym is one of the best equipped I have seen for PT. Their patient rooms are clean and bright. I highly recommend giving them consideration for your next PT needs.

Noelle is simply the best. Many practitioners offer dry needling now but not at the expert level. Having a complex, chronic pain syndrome, I wouldn’t put myself in anyone else’s hands. While my pain did not resolve, I did have some improvement and after a limited number of sessions she referred me elsewhere. I have deep respect for a clinician who is an expert in her field but refers when appropriate.
