The clinic is physically impressive and welcoming, well-lit, clean, and accessible. The reception staff are likewise welcoming and efficient, and very helpful. The Physical Therapy staff are knowledgable, friendly, clear in their explanations, and highly skilled in both diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. They are the best in the business and I cannot recommend them too highly. They take the time to evaluate carefully and have the experience to treat effectively.
I've had dry needling before but the quality has varied dramatically depending on how long the practitioner or PT has done it, and how well they can find the nodules that will respond in the muscle to these ultra-thin needles. After lots of chiropractic work, PT and months of other efforts, I called Bethesda Physio and was matched with Ethan, who has changed my life.
