Great experience with Nathan, helped me address my shoulder instability. Received some help with exercises to help improve stability, and also received dry needling. Melissa was also a great help with scheduling and other items. Staff was knowledgeable of Ehlers Danlos patient needs and helped offer info there as well. Highly recommend!
The facility is very clean, great PT gym, and very friendly, helpful staff. A delight to work with.

Before finding Bethesda Physiocare I had tried everything for my back pain (5 years of chiropractic care, PRP, etc.) and nothing worked.
