My husband’s MRI was scheduled at Bethesda North at 11:00. He checked in at 10:48 we went to the sitting area someone that came after us went in before him so he ask how much longer they told him well since you came at 11:02 then you’ll have to wait for us to fit you in. We were so upset and will never schedule there again. One and done! Lesson learned!!
Dan, Branden, and Jack made my PET-CT scan a seamless experience. They represent all the reasons I choose Bethesda North for my care.
I called 3 times to make sure my lab orders were not expired. No one answered during open hours. I checked my TriHealth mychart app and lab orders were not expired. When I arrived at lab I was told that there were no orders and that I needed to call my doctor. Before I left I accessed mcchart again and showed them the orders on my phone. I was then told “oh yeah they just came up.” They were ordered in February.
