I had my second appointment ever at 3:45, checked in with the receptionist, sat for 35mins, was the only patient left in the waiting room just for someone to go “no one ever called you back?” “sorry, we have no idea what happened. you’ll have to reschedule.” and was sent home. absolutely INSANE. i live an hour away. i requested off work for this appointment and my husband left work early. not to mention, at my first appointment i was left staring at the back of the monitor for the ultrasound. i had to ASK 5mins in to see my ... read more
Do not recommend this office at all. I made an appointment for 8 a.m. and still wasn’t seen by a doctor at 8:45 so had to leave without being seen. I was seen by a nurse and then a student doctor. When scheduling the appointment I made sure to inform the office I needed to be at work by 9 and asked if this would be possible and they assured me it would be fine and that I was the second appointment of the day.
