I've tried countless weight loss programs over the years, but Optimal Body is the first one that truly delivered results. The coaches are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, and I love that the program focuses on building healthy habits for life rather than just quick fixes. My experience was really good. The price of the program may not be worth it to some but as a college student, I can honestly say that it was. What I received was beyond what I paid for. Mina uplifted me and guided me towards a better me. I’m more conscious of what I put into my body and my food noise has gone away. It was more than losing the weight for me. I feel like I can accomplish my goals by working with people who can help me achieve them and stay strick on me because i no I can’t do this alone so hopefully my goals be accomplished with this weight journey

Optimal Body works, period! I have tried every program there is and has failed. I have thyroid disease and it's almost is impossible ti lose weight. But with Optimal body I've lost 35 pounds and the loving thing about the program, it's a life style change. I recommend anyone that was like me to never give up, just give the program a chance.
