Mina with Optimal Body was a great health coach and she provided great support on my weight loss journey.

Optimal Body is the best weight loss program that I've ever tried. The group and personal coaching staff was superb in helping me with any problems or concerns I may have had doing the program. And was very encouraging also, with great tips to help me keep staying on the program whenever I had doubts as to whether I could continue to do the program properly and keep losing weight. That made all the difference in the world. This is the only program that I tried that I was able to keep the weight off successfully.
17 pounds down, even during the holidays! Weekly support was great and positive.
I really liked the one on one coaching it kept me accountable and helped me reach my weight loss goals!
