Practitioner Jisun provided excellent service each session with a holistic comprehensive approach. After her services, I felt relief of muscle pain, tightness and other aches that were caused by athletic activities, prior injuries and prolonged sitting on long flights. During my sessions it was clear that she had a high level of knowledge of acupuncture but also showed patient, polite bedside manner. I highly recommend her services and will return.
I've visited here a few times for neck pain and I've had a great experience every time! Jisun is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Each time she's made me feel comfortable and walked me through what to expect. I will continue to come here for acupuncture and I highly recommend others do too!
I’ve been going to Bethesda Metro Acupuncture for many years. I initially went because of my high blood pressure. My blood pressure has been lower since starting my acupuncture treatments. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion Jisun showed me. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel truly heard. This was my first acupuncture experience, after my appointment I’d say I’m interested in trying it again though I’m not sure if I’ll try this location. To be fair as a disclaimer my negatives about the experience may just be personal preference. The staff who treated me was welcoming and polite, and took some time in the beginning to ask questions to assess me and my needs.
