Extremely rude receptionist.
The receptionists at the front desk are fabulous and kind, the office is clean and wait time is low. Sadly, the concierge service caused a corporate feel and nothing extra for over 1,900.00. I left for a non concierge, kind doctors practice. Nobody should leave the office feeling upset and sad. I will never join another concierge practice. I was somewhat shocked to see two negative reviews as I have been a patient of Dr. Brent Cole at Bethesda Internal Medicine for 18 years and have only had excellent esperience with Dr. Cole and the staff there. Very professional, efficient and caring. When I have had a serious illness, Dr. Cole has gone above and beyond expectations to keep me informed and review my medical charts, even when he was not the attending physicial. I called to inquire about becoming a member of this practice, and the receptionist who answered the phone was incredibly rude, belittling, and unprofessional. This is the reason I’m not only leaving a negative review, but also letting everyone I know in the Bethesda area know not to contact this practice. I have been with BIMP for a few years and have never had a problem with them. Dr. Sastry is a great doctor and the staff has always treated me well.
