I called to inquire about becoming a member of this practice, and the receptionist who answered the phone was incredibly rude, belittling, and unprofessional. This is the reason I’m not only leaving a negative review, but also letting everyone I know in the Bethesda area know not to contact this practice. I have been with BIMP for a few years and have never had a problem with them. Dr. Sastry is a great doctor and the staff has always treated me well.
The receptionists at the front desk are fabulous and kind, the office is clean and wait time is low. Sadly, the concierge service caused a corporate feel and nothing extra for over 1,800.00. I left for a non concierge, kind doctors practice. Nobody should leave the office feeling upset and sad. I will never join another concierge practice. These guys are the absolute worst! My family and myself have been patients of Dr Meena for a few years. I scheduled an appointment with them as I had persistent symptoms that were quite severe they were able to book me a sooner appointment that intended due to my symptoms. Without warning or anything 20 hours later they sent me an email canceling my appointment and saying they tried to call but had to cancel my appointment, (no one called).
