Absolutely terrible customer service. Came out to do an estimate when we asked for an explanation of the fees we were met with nothing but attitude
We can't say enough great things about Bethesda Home Design. The quality of work, efficiency, and thoughtfulness set them apart from others we have worked with. Jeff and his team are so talented, knowledgeable, patient, and collaborative. We lived in our home during our renovation and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We enlisted the help of Bethesda Home Design to add a two story and basement addition to our 1940's home in Wyngate. I've used Bethesda Home Design for two major projects at my home. One was a new kitchen floor and the other was the replacement of every interior door in my house. In each case Jeff Sarris oversaw the work done by a crew led by Nicholas Ayala. The work was always done to perfection on the agreed upon timeline and at the agreed upon price.
