Such an unorganized and unprofessional place. Bethesda called my grandma and told her they had an opening at Bethasda Terrace (after she was on a waiting list) You showed my grandma the senior apartment TWICE by two different people. You had her sign a contract and she wrote a check for a deposit. THEN you call her back days later and say the price of the apartment is $900 more a month than what you had told her! You should live up to your promises. Your website says you have integrity, show some!

I am leaving this post on behalf of my mother who works for Bethesda. Anytime I see my mother crying because she is doing what she is supposed to do by going to work and NOT getting paid on time I have a problem! How can any company give their employee the run around? When you go to work you expect to get paid ON TIME! She should not have to meet with someone on her personal time to pick up her check. Your mom doesn't work for Bethesda, therefore, we have no means to assist with her pay check. Our employees are paid on time and receive their checks and/or direct deposit on time. .Have your mom speak with her supervisor and they should be able to assist her so this doesn't happen again.
