Very nice people and helpful
AWEFUL!! One of the first people to sign in and all we needed was an ear cleaning so my brother can join the military and they brought him in the room after already waiting an hour, told him to sit back in the waiting room just to wait two more hours!! We were the last ones to leave and I’m beyond frustrated. They don’t seem to know how the walk-in process works and mustn’t understand what “first come, first serve” means. Don’t come here if you don’t have 3-4 hours of your day to waste.
Fantastic place. The staff are all extremely helpful and Dr. Kruger saw me in just over an hour. Anne was especially helpful and even made the extra effort to tell me where the cheapest pharmacies were. 5+ stars.

It is such a blessing that the people of South MS have access to medical care and basic dental services absolutely free of charge. Many people would have no place to turn if it weren't for Bethesda Free Medical Clinic. Through the donations of generous organizations and individuals in our area this is all made possible!
