If i could put a 0, i would have. We got a bill for $833 from a debt collection agency - we never received any bills from BEA. This is i think for the radiologist who analyzed a chest Xray - $833 !!! When my daughter went to Suburban ER, we were given documents on how to pay - and we did by using their mychart webiste. Nobody told us that we would receive separate bills. I don’t if this is a scam & they just must sued for what they are doing to patients who are seen in the emergency room at suburban. I keep receiving a bill from here. I called Suburban billing department and was told my bill was paid by my insurance. I’m not sure what they have going on, trying to charge me for something else!!! THEY LOST THEY MINDS!
I don't know how what they do is legal. I went to Suburban ER and they saw me briefly before they told me that I actually had to go to Holy Cross ER where I was treated. Nonetheless, Suburban since then sent multiple bills that are already about 4 times the total cost of Holy Cross. I got separate bills from Suburban and Bethesda Emergency Associates LLC for the same exact Suburban visit. Bethesda Emergency Associates seems to neither coordinate bills with Suburban, nor your insurance, nor even tell you what they are billing... read more
