My first day the morning aide never showed up at 8. They don’t answer the phone until 9. 11:15 told aide will be here in 30 minutes! Almost 12!! Not impressed the first day!
Worse home care I’ve ever worked for. The owners are very cheap if there’s an inconvenience they’ll not help you. They stole $1000 from my hard earned money every time I called they never wanna help they nothing but theft.
Bethesda is not all that I have read about. The company does not have a heart. It is a business no quality caring for those in need.
