This was my 1st appt. since my dentist joined this practice. My appt was scheduled for 11am - they called to change it to 1120a. OK fine. I show up at 11:15a and check-in. I wait, wait, wait and finally at 11:50 I'm brought to a room. I wait and around 1205p the dentist arrives. No apologies from anyone for the 45 min wait. The new chairs are not comfortable and while cleaning my teeth the hose comes out of the equipment and we need another person to come and clean/reattach it.
