Ive been going to a barbershop in Bethesda for 30 years. People barely acknowledge you and certainly don't know your name. I came across Bethesda Cuts and Color and the owner Spiro- what a difference. He was so kind, warm, welcoming. He let you know with his positivity he really cares about his business and customers. Customer service is A+.. Haircut was A+. price was not the usual Bethesda high price, but, instead, was reasonable. My wife loved Farrah and her hair coloring. We'll be back definitely.. 5stars. !!
