A positive experience that I am grateful to God about. Tuesday, August 28th I entered this garage a few minutes before 8 pm reading what I thought was the garage would close at midnight. Upon returning at 11 pm only to find the building and then the parking garage were closed. I called the posted after hours number and woke up Thomas. I explained and took full responsibility for having misread the sign and was in need of getting my vehicle. Ahhhhh garage from hell. I can blame myself all i want (and i do) but there was no properly labeled signage indicating that the garage could and would close and inevitably lock my car in overnight. ALSO the foolish phone number that indicated it was a late night emergency line, was simply an answering machine since no one was standing by anticipating an emergency. Resulted in feeeeeeeeessss and i still had to pay to bust my car outta prison in the morning, not the first time I've been burned by impark!
Does not have rates posted on one side of the garage (Elm St) only has rates posted on the other entrance at Hampden Ln. Attendant said that the entrance without rates is for monthly parking, however it still allows daily parkers in, but with no rates. You're then charged on the way out because you're forced to exit from the other gate where rates are posted. Surprise!
