Staff are pathetic and disclose personal information to other patients if they don't like you. Staff don't care about groups. Would not recommend to anyone that needs recovery.
Review out of 5: +1 for food + 0.5 for facilities + 0.5 for group therapy -1 for quality psychiatric care -1 for quality nurse care -1 for communication/organisation/procedures The best thing was the food! The facilities were good & so were the therapy groups, although I think 1 weekend group is reasonable rather than morning groups on 7 days a week. The hospital is calming and doesn't feel clinical at all. The treating pyschiatrists are kind, caring and listen. They see patients more frequently than other private hospitals do. The therapy groups are run by qualified allied health professionals and change topics daily, this is refreshing and you get time to be coached and educated. Whilst as in patient you can also seek out 1 to 1 therapy, not something I've been offered in the past at other hospitals.
