Dr Ali takes great care of me and my family, highly recommend. She has a clean office, very nice staff and listens to us.
I’ve been going to see Dr. Ali Perez for over a year now. Originally during my pregnancy, and now I go for regular adjustments. My now 8-month old has also been seeing her since she was a newborn for tension. Typically walking into any medical establishment with a 2.5 year old and an infant would be stressful, but the staff at Bethesda Chiropractic & Rehabilitation are all incredibly supportive. They are always willing to play, color, hold a baby, etc. I will forever recommend Dr. Ali to everyone I know.
I’ve been struggling with sciatica for a bit, and it was starting to affect my sleep and ability to work. Dr. Ali was incredibly thorough during the initial exam. After a few weeks of targeted spinal adjustments and decompression, the radiating pain in my leg is almost gone. She is gentle and provides needed information and advice.
