The medical care I received at this facility was stellar. The pre-op and post-op nurses answered all my questions, took great care of me and were nurturing. My doctor was great too. On the other hand, what is going on in their billing department? Prior to surgery, I tried to reach Stephanie to get an idea of my out-of-pocket costs for the surgery.
