Dr. Alexander is awesome, very competent and very kind and knowledgeable. I really enjoy working with him. His secretary, Pam is also a delight and his son, Xaver, and the other young assistants are all great. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice. They’ve made my hearing so great, I’m grateful. Here here/hear hear to them!! Pun intended.
Dr. Alexander has created a warm and inviting environment to treat your hearing needs. He listens carefully to what you want out of your hearing aids and provides customized solutions. His pleasant and patient demeanor adds to the experience. Dr. Alexander really listens.
I have known for years my hearing was on the decline, but finally decided it was time to address it. Swallowing my pride was a humbling experience, but Dr. Alexander made things very easy. His staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great. Dr. Alexander explained everything and I felt very well cared for and he was invested in a positive outcome for me. I have been so happy with my experience (and I am happy to be hearing much better!)
