Dr. Tian and her team are simply a step above the rest. I was referred to her practice by a medical doctor for treatment of a specific condition. Her care has not only improved that condition, but also had a meaningful impact on my general health. Her team runs the best managed office that I have ever encountered. If you are looking for an acupuncturist in the DMV, look no further.
This is not a good place to receive treatment. this person is not caring and aggressive. I had multiple bruises on my face from her needles. she told me that was normal. It is NOT.
I have been going to Dr. Christina Tian’s practice over the years, whenever I need a “Tune-up.” She is so gentle and knowledgeable, and I always feel confident that she will know exactly what to do. I’m pretty surprised that I actually have to write a one star review for this 5 Star location. The initial consultation was virtual, which is no problem discussing my case, etc. It was clear this is my first time getting acupuncture in my entire life. Today was my 7th appointment with Dr. Tian. I am suffering from a bulging disc, osteoarthritis and severe sciatica pain. My symptoms began in May. It is November and I feel like a new person with hope and minimal pain. I was taking 25 Advil a day to cope with the pain. I am a teacher. I tried everything- dry needling, physical therapy, medicine and epidural steroid shots in the spine. I would wake up in the middle of the night crying in pain and quite depressed.
