I’m am from Baltimore traveling this week in the Columbus area. Last night my Silhouette frames snapped - I’m out of town and now I don’t have glasses. I called them this morning and they carry the brand. They sold me one of the sample frames they had in stock, after making sure they were the same size as my old frames. They mounted them for me and I’m back on my way. Exceptional service as a walk in customer in a real pinch - if I were local, I’d come here again! Thanks again for salvaging my vacation!
