Matt is great! He helped me fix a tax situation with my small business and was so kind, professional and responsive in all interactions with him. Grateful to have found him!
I am still owed $400 for a return he never finished. He messed it up and then told me he didn’t know how to fix it and didn’t have time anyway so “don’t hold your breath” (direct quote). He should have had the decency to reimburse me. I strongly discourage anyone from going to him.

I would not recommend Matt Close at Bethel Tax Services. We had a very frustrating experience with him this year. His communication was poor and the day before tax day was the first time my daughter learned her taxes wouldn’t be done and an extension would be filed. He said he would get her information on how to make a payment to avoid penalties and did not reply to her texts about that.
