The employees are true health professionals
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sheila, a lab technician at this facility. From the moment I arrived, she was unprofessional—refusing to make eye contact, speaking to me in a condescending manner, and displaying a generally rude attitude. To make matters worse, she mishandled my sample, which led to it being invalidated and forced me to retest. This was not only frustrating but also a serious breach of trust and protocol. My Aunt and I frequently get lab work and other tests performed at the AHN Higbee site. The Lab techs are efficient and skilled. The techs for mammograms, bone density etc. are also skilled and efficient.
