I sought services here after a very difficult time. I was set up with Brian Bentonville. The first appointment was over the phone and went just fine. The next appointment was via Zoom, because he said face to face is better. Second appointment via Zoom he looked at me with squinted eyes and acted like he didn't know what to say. Since we couldn't direct the conversation I asked about mechanisms to calm myself in extremely stressful situations. Dr. Shelby Werner is amazing. She is kind, solution based, and knowledgeable. She truly changed my life and helped me through a difficult time. She is currently opening up her own practice and I recommend you contact her there. The office staff at Olentangy Bethel will charge you no show fees of 180 dollars ( won’t remind you of these fees and won’t set up any appointment reminders for you when asked like any other doctor’s office). Had a really good experience with this office! They are fast to respond to email and phone calls. Very honest and upfront with cost which I appreciate. Dr. Bettonville was wonderful!
