We had heard good things about this company so when the time came to choose a headstone for my father-in-law, we chose this company. We ordered it March 17, 2014 and was told that it would take 6-8 weeks. The lady was neither helpful, friendly or compassionate. We felt very rushed through the whole process. At the end of May we called and asked why we hadn t received a call. The same lady told us that they got the Memorial Day orders out first and they had just started cutting ours.
