Brought a friend to an appointment. I was unfamiliar with the area and we were about 10 minutes late. They refused to see her for her appointment which was simply a follow-up. We drove a long way to go to this appointment and with the price of gas seems really ridiculous to not take a patient after only being a few minutes late. No room for human error!
The staff are really nice. I miss my old GP who retired. He was a good listener.
