I lived here for 15 year it is very safe and quiet. The past year they did excellent job doing work out side on the houses. I’m very happy living here. But the way I never have any issues with electricity in my house

Buyers beware! These homes have electrical that are known to catch fire. Costly updates will have to be performed if you want to live in your new home and be safe but even if you fix the problem, you're attached neighbor will still have the issue and may catch your house on fire. I went into contracts with two different homes in this development got inspections, and backed out of both contracts. In my opinion I would stay away.
