Cigarettes everywhere as soon as you walk in at door. So gross. Roaches all over the place. Some of the staff was rude. Not all of them. A very unclean place. Rarely checked on their guests. The GM was not nice to one of the guests and was rude to her staff. I heard her tell them off. I could not get a simple temperature check. No one on staff could check vitals. I will say the male cook/chef is absolutely amazing. Just rude and unclean.

My parents have been at Bethel for about 8 months and have really enjoyed it. Teria (GM) is always available if I ever have any questions or concerns and addresses them ASAP. When we realized it was time to move them to assisted living, it was a bit of an urgent situation. Teria met with us and was able to get us a room quickly so that both my parents would receive proper care. One thing that is very beneficial is that the care is all inclusive vs. a la carte. The staff does a great job overall. I never hear 'that's not my job' like many other facilities. Teria, the GM, is very pleasant to work with. The rooms are generally cleaned well. The meals are very good overall and served at consistent times during the day. And they do their best to keep the residents engaged with activities.
