You'll never be important enough to matter. The only ones who know what they're doing are the ones who answer the phones. 10/10 do not waste your time. Being in crisis was absolutely irrelevant to them.

I just had the worst experience at Bethel Family Health Center. I’ve been a patient for 6 years and today I had the worst experience checking in. I just had brain surgery and broke out in hives I’ve called the advice nurse and have had no luck reaching anyone. They keep trying to send me to urgent care and I’ve denied this since I would like to actually see my Dr. appointment was made walked in 9 minutes late due to my child being sick and they refused to see me even though I’ve waited for over 30 minutes to see my Dr when s... read more
