called to get a refill on my meds. was told it was sent to the pharmacy. it wasn't. called again the next day, told it would be sent over. It wasn't. After a long weekend without the meds I called again, was told that they couldn't be refilled for TWO DAYS when a doctor would be in. Went a week without them then they called my DAD to apologize. I'm an adult. Horrible service.
Most unhelpful place. Said I don’t understand something and Becky hangs up on me.
It takes between one three months and countless follow up calls to get a referral, their orders for blood work usually leave out at least one of the tests that I've talked about with my Dr, and they NEVER send prescriptions over in a timely fashion. It often takes a week and multiple follow up calls when their call line says 72 hours. It's become a dark joke with the pharmacy staff
