I just had the worst experience at Bethel Family Health Center. I’ve been a patient for 6 years and today I had the worst experience checking in. I just had brain surgery and broke out in hives I’ve called the advice nurse and have had no luck reaching anyone. They keep trying to send me to urgent care and I’ve denied this since I would like to actually see my Dr. appointment was made walked in 9 minutes late due to my child being sick and they refused to see me even though I’ve waited for over 30 minutes to see my Dr when s... read more
Good service and nice people.
called to get a refill on my meds. was told it was sent to the pharmacy. it wasn't. called again the next day, told it would be sent over. It wasn't. After a long weekend without the meds I called again, was told that they couldn't be refilled for TWO DAYS when a doctor would be in. Went a week without them then they called my DAD to apologize. I'm an adult. Horrible service.
Most unhelpful place. Said I don’t understand something and Becky hangs up on me.
