They offer free Parenting With Love and Logic classes!!. I've found the staff to be kind and very helpful. I was suprised at the amount of services that they offer. It's important to note that there are income restrictions for Food Stamps ect. Don't take it personally if you don't meet the requirements it's all based on a formula that Bethel Family Center isn't responsible for setting. Just wanted to thank the all of the staff for the help.
I came to the Bethel Family Center seeking any kind of assistance. My husband and I make too much money for anything but, yet, barely scrape by because of rising rent costs. I signed up to get help with a Thanksgiving basket and they called and said I could come pick it up. However, when I got there no one would assist me and I sat for almost 20 minutes. Bethel Family Center is wonderful, it provides so much needed help to people who are less fortunate. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it is a very homey and comforting atmosphere.
