I went to this bethel colony of mercy in the early 2000's. I lived in New Jersey and a friend got me a bus ticket and sent me to the colony. I got clean for a while but backslid after a couple of years. But the seed was planted. I got my GED at Caldwell community college while I was there. Yeaaa......this place along with another is going to get my soon to be EX husband Donnie Stevens in big trouble. It was his choice.
People finding freedom from drug and alcohol addiction through the power of Christ is what drives this group faithful servants. PTL for Bethel and the work they are apart of.
For the most part, I would say that I had a good experience in the program. However, after the program, I kept in touch and still told them a lot of things about my life and now they are using it against me in court. Just know that Everything you say is not confidential
