My dog began to have unexpected and unprecedented seizures. Due to my level of concern, I was upset and scared. The staff was patient, attentive, and professional. The vet ran appropriate tests, gave me informed options, and spent a LONG time with my dog and me. At a time that I really needed help, they helped me. When a final and difficult decision needed to be made, the staff was very respectful of my emotions and very supportive. I very much appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and kindness.

High pressure. Pad the bill. Do not provide full disclosure. Rude office manager . Any complaints and they abandon u as a client. Also.never bother to put.it in writing and notifying directly which is illegal and in violation of Ohio's State licensing. In addition perform testing, charge u and never make the results available to u...another Statei license violation.. So .my advice... Stay clear of tbe place. There r enough reputable vets around without getting mixed up with this smarmy crew.

evil people and terrible experience it's just a bunch of ignorant, trashy girls complaining how they don't want to be there. you can hear them through the exam doors. they assured me that my dog did not need a heartworm test and now they refuse to grant 1800petmeds permission to fill my heartworm medication!! all because i didn't buy it from them! they are terrible.‎ guess i should have gone with the interceptor medication they're pushing and getting throwbacks for since heartguard is now available as a generic.

Best Vet hospital in town! Excellent facility and great staff! I have trusted our 3 dogs to Dr. Gustaval for several years. He is thorough and always takes the time to explain the dog's care. Recently we saw Dr. Sykes who is new and we were impressed with his services, as well. I highly recommend Bethel Animal Hospital!

Frank I have taken many pets to Bethel over the years for everything from checkups to euthanasia, and have been very pleased with the support staff and Vets. Reasonable rates, and clean facility. Would recommend.

If you love your animal RUN!!!! WORST VET EVER!!! These people do not care about your animal at all. I took my dog in for his one year check-up and shots. The vet knew nothing about my dog and was writing everything on a scrap piece of paper. I asked why he didn't have my dogs file and history and his answer was "because it was too thick." My dog has epilepsy and has been on phenobarbital for the past 5 years. The vet knew nothing about his condition. He never asked for a stool sample to check for heart worm, never checked h... read more

Best Vet Ever!!! BEST VET EVER!!!!! I have been going to Bethel animal hospital for 7 years. They are amazing!!!! Out of my 7 years I have only had one problem with them. I took 1 of my dogs to get an ex-ray and the ex-ray machine was broken so I had to reschedule. It was just inconvenient. There are no appointments so it can be really good or really bad depending on when you go. I always try and go at odd hours, and you will never see me in on a Saturday! They have nights where they are open till 10pm so they are flexible e... read more

Reasonable Prices, Friendly People While the wait times at CPAH can range from immediate to excessive since they operate on a walk-in only basis, the care is exceptional from Vets who really do care about the health and well-being of your pets. Each person is willing to offer advice, insight or constructive criticism regarding the care and training of all types of pets; from dogs to cats to rabbits. PROS: Convenient hours of operation. CONS: Can be a long wait as they do not take appointments.
