I actually canceled my rides with a carrier (veyo) because of these unprofessional, rude people. If you need to get picked up they cannot be found, and you will be left stranded outside in winter during covid. I'd rather not even go to my appointment because veyo refuses to schedule me with another provider, and this one is total trash their whole website is negative reviews Â
Awful. Unreliable. Always overbooking patients causing them to be late for or causing their appointments to be canceled. Unapologetic and unprofessional in attitude.Â
