Bethany has a wealth of knowledge regarding body mechanics. I originally saw her for tennis elbow which is now pain free and have also seen her for TMJ and plantar fasciitis. I always feel so much better when I leave her office and she gives me a few exercises that help my recovery between sessions. She has been able to help me with anything I have thrown at her. I highly recommend!
Bethany is an amazing Wellness Practitioner! She's thoughtful, thorough, and intentional on seeing you progress into wellness. Personally, Last week, I went to see her due to my lower back feeling like i had vise grips clamping down at my sides. She was able to release the tightness and reminded me of the exercises/tools available to me. Highly recommend seeing Bethany!
