Today I was getting my water service set up now that I’ve moved to Bethany. A miss ‘Jennifer’ was here and it seems like she was by herself here at 8:10am on Monday. She had, and I counted, four phone calls, two in person walkins (and me) and five drive through individuals - all by herself. She handled each call with grace and each person in the drive through with speed and grace. NEVER answers their phone. I have been through this multiple times now. I call and call and call and just get a ring and a tone.
