The facility itself is dated and there’s no structure to the TCU. Patients are only brought out of their rooms for PT and OT but for immobile or fall risk patients that means they don’t get up AT ALL except for about 45 min out of the entire day (no therapy on weekends, so they spend 100% of time in bed those days), and are otherwise laying alone without movement in the bed. My grandfather was transferred from Essentia to Bethany and it was not at all a good experience. My grandfather was found by my sister laying in his own urine, and the worker could not say a set time that he was laying in his urine. There was also multiple nights that he was not changed in to clothing for bed, subsequently he had to wear the same thing many times. Absolutely terrible, dirty rooms, the care is ridiculous. The staff are very lazy. The care for the elders is slim to none. I would never recommend this place to a single person!

They took such good care of my father in law. Dorinda was so wonderful and such a caring person. Thank you for everything you do!
