These are some of the laziest crooks I have ever dealt with next to the IRS and Secretary of State. The second you have to make a claim and have an issue all of a sudden it’s out of their hands and it’s the claims department fault. They will leave you hanging with excuses and the blame game when State Farm denies claims and fights to not give you what you paid for. Patti is great to work with. We have many things insured through Beth Shutko State Farm Insurance Agency and Patti works through everything with us quickly and efficently. Maybe we could pay less somewhere else but I will never know because I value customer service over cost. It's important to have a relationship with your insurance agent so they understand your needs and we have that with Beth, Patti and the Team at this agency. Thank you for everything you do for us.
I can honestly say the State Farm’s team is the greatest. They treat you with the upmost respect. Always willing to assist and answer questions and concerns. Great people to work with.
Everyone is very helpful and friendly and response time is great. I’ve spoken with Patti quite a few times through text messages, which is super convenient for me so I can answer wherever I’m at.
