Unprofessional, uncouth. I wish I had at least one good thing to say, but to date, I do not. As a former DOJ employee and Healthcare provider with over 15 years experience in, among other things, working with individuals with mental disabilities and substance abuse. I would recommend a different location for family and friends. Hopefully in the future things will improve, for all concerned parties.
Amazing facility doing great work.
This place was the absolute worst recovery center i have ever had contact with. The director and staff were horribly unprofessional, very rude, inappropriate, and seemed to look down on addicts instead of treating them like equals. I would never send a loved one there. There are much better places here in Wisconsin. If you really want to be treated respectfully, this is not the place for you.
