We had a seamless experience working with Bethany from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, had a great understanding of the market, and provided thoughtful, practical advice throughout the entire process. Her willingness to step in, help wherever needed, and keep everything moving made a real difference, especially when there were some additional complexities to navigate. We really appreciated her professionalism, availability, and dedication throughout the process. We would highly recommend Bethany!
Bethany took on a condo that had been gutted and sold it on day 1 and for 10000 over asking! I highly recommend her. Very easy to work with also. Just a fabulous experience.
Another successful deal with Bethany! She is highly recommended by my family and I. Bethany knows the markets well and is always one step ahead. Bethany also surprised my 3 year old son with balloons and a gift basket that we had no idea about. She truly hit all the marks. Thanks again, you are an amazing realtor and an amazing person.
Bethany helped me and my boyfriend purchase our first home in our early twenties, and made the process seamless and efficient. She made sure we understood the home buying process, gave us recommendations based on our specific needs, and made sure she was available for us every step of the way. I cannot recommend her enough, and cannot emphasize enough how amazing she has been!
Bethany went above and beyond to give us a top notch experience. From helping us with our blue tape walk through to making us our own book explaining everything we forgot to listen to from our final walkthrough. Bethany was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her to help with any real estate needs.
