I’m a new patient and commuting over 30 mins. There are uncontrollables. If you have a grace period and you know you have a new patient I still have to wait for patients before me speaking to your schedulers. To completely cancel my appointment and tell me there is no availability until August is crazy. A 9:30 appointment and I arrived by 9:43. Clearly it’s not only about patient care.
