Two no call, no shows!!!
I called this company after being stood up by another company. I explained my in the wall ac needed replacement. They gave me a timeslot. When that time passed, I called them. The girl told me that they were only working on essential central air units. The guy who works on window AC is booked until Sept. I asked why my appointment was booked then. She didn't know. No calls from anyone telling me they weren't coming. Clearly, my job wasn't important enough to show up for. It's also clear that whoever makes these appointments ... read more
No show and poor communication. Buyer Beware! The phone service gets you to sign up for their coverage plan and that is not necessary. Their address doesn't show any business on google streetview doesn't even show a business exist there. Complete scam. I hope others will tell the truth about this company if they even exist. Makes me question the other reviews, are they real?
