I purchased a Groupon laser hair removal package with this establishment a while back I was taken care of exactly 2 times of a 6 session Groupon package by an amazing young woman by the name of Tammy. I only gave 1 star because. I used to use them for over a year bought several packages. The lady who did my laser was amazing. Her name was tammy. Everything was fine during that time i woulda gave 10 stars. But after she no longer worked there. I could never make an appointment due to no one calls u back for scheduling. I refered several friends before Tammy LEFT and they where also pleased with her work. After she was no longer with them, the quality dropped considerably. Hard to reach this business to schedule appointments. The staff is okay, could be more organized with spacing patients out more.
