Bethney has a doctor for anything that you need.
While my PA is nice, the Bethany administrative processes are anti patient and pro “how much money can we make”. I’ve tried for two weeks to get an apt to get a prescription for a recurring situation only to be told that they won’t help me without a covid test, yet there are no appointments available for covid tests. As a result, the situation has significantly deteriorated. I will not use Bethany doctors/facilities ever again…. Very unprofessional place and staff has not responded to multiple voice message too .I had my physicals done at this place and after 2 weeks when I went in for my results after 45 mins of the wait time the nurses gave 2021 results and said everything is normal. Nurses are not even checking on what the paper work is and what the results are . I hate going to this place . I feel Wake Doctors is better

I’ve been a patient here for years. I love the providers and most of the staff. However, I have to write this today because of the unbelievably horrible service I received from the intake staff. I had an appt scheduled and upon arrival signed in. I sat there for about 10 mins listening to one young lady at the check in desk talking on and on about all of her personal issues to someone using the company phone.
