Very disappointed with my experience at this office. I don’t feel like my concerns are listened to or taken seriously. I also had an experience where I clearly communicated an important health concern, yet I still had to question a medication before the doctor realized it wasn’t appropriate for my situation. I shouldn’t have to catch things like that myself. Overall, I just feel like my concerns were dismissed, and I left feeling like I wasn’t really heard. I expected better communication and more attention to my concerns.

I had an appt @ Bethany on Market Street, I cancelled the appt the day before and the receptionist was more worried about the charge for no show than why I cancelled. I happened to be nauseated and diarrhea and could not make the appt. She was rude and very unprofessional...I will be looking for me another provider
Do not recommend this place! very unprofessional, from my POV honestly can't even get a hold of anyone to get prescriptions refilled for my mother, been getting the runaround and my mothers been without her medications! Whats a primary care doctor worth having!!
