Hygienist is awesome! Front desk staff are very friendly. Dentist is wonderful!
As a dental hygienist, it makes me super proud to be able to say that I personally trust the dentists I serve under to take care of my dental needs. Today I had an exam and found out I didn’t just have tooth sensitivity. . . I had a cavity . Dr Shadid and the rest of our staff worked together to get my tooth repaired. I got great care because that’s who we are, that’s what we do at Bethany Family Dentistry! 🦷🪥
I couldn't be more happy about a dentist and staff! They know I have struggled with white coat syndrome and have never made me feel embarrassed about it. They make me not fear going in, and they're the only dentist who have succeeded in that!
While I previously rated this office with 5 stars I now would give the dentist zero if I could. My ability to receive care from this office was denied because I was short with the dentist when she asked me which tooth I was there for. I was in a lot of pain and I responded with “the one I’ve been having trouble with “ but with a little attitude and she responded with “ I don’t know you I’ve never seen you “ and I immediately apologized and told her I had not slept in days, and was just in a lot of pain .
