Beth Ann is intelligent and a great listener. I learned more about my health condition than anyone else explained. She is also very nice.
She continued to dismiss my questions & seemed hesitant to perform tasks to help rule out what could be serious ailments. I felt like I was a bother. I received more sympathy from the nurse who returned my phone call. My appointment was a waste of my time.
