I saw Dr. Schlosser for many years. I have fair skin and spent too much time in the sun: she was very detailed and spent a lot of time checking my skin. She was knowledgeable and provided advice on other derm problems, too. It appeared NW was pressuring her to cut appointments short. I can not see a dr anywhere...what happened and is practicing somewhere else?

It's medically irresponsible for Bethanee Schlosser to be one of the few dermatologists in the area that specializes in women’s intimate issues and yet treat her patients so poorly that they need to stop care due to such poor bedside manner. It has already been a year since Dr. Schlosser has left North Western hospital. I am still hoping to have the privelege to consider myself her patient. Professional, dedicated, compassionate, prompt, always there for the patient

So sad she has left Northwestern. I have gone to her for several years and she is the best dermatologist I have had. I am an RN and have been impressed with her thoroughness and attention to details!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Schlosser. I must say I am shocked at the negative reviews. I would travel to another state to see her. I suffered for three years with a terrible vulvar skin disease and saw 5 drs that didn’t have a clue. She took one look at my skin and knew immediately what my condition was. She was gentle and understood my pain. I’ve been seeing her for about 7 years and never had a bad experience.

Dr. Scholsser has been an excellent clinical physician of mine for many years - thorough and urgently responsive when needed. She is also a kind person who has treated me as a human, my whole being.

If you want to fee belittled and ugly, then make an appointment with Bethanee Schlosser. She is very rude and arrogant and also will do unnecessary exam to bill you more

I have a referral from gynecology, but can't get an appointment. Ife called multiple times and was told someone will return my call, but never have.

I’d give negative stars if I could and would never recommend this doctor. After being miscoded by the appointment desk as a return patient, I showed up and was told she would not see me and that I needed to book an appointment as a new patient - which I did. Six months later I fshow up for my new patient appointment and after 30 minutes of waiting am told that she still won’t see me because my visit was still coded wrong. NEVER AGAIN. She and Northwestern should be ashamed!!! TERRIBLE.
