I only clicked one star in order to type my feelings. If you love your family, you will definitely NOT go here. Bad bed bugs, rotting floors, AC and heat hardly ever work, nasty . I went the other day and I stayed outside only to find grass 3 feet tall where they can go outside. Owner flys in once a month, why? Probably to receive his pay or show his face. I am extremely disappointed with the way Bethamy Retirement Center is being run, particularly under the leadership of Administrator Nicole Harper. Her management style is not only unprofessional but downright toxic—yelling at employees and creating a hostile work environment. There is a serious lack of transparency and integrity in how she handles both staff and residents. The condition of the facility itself is also deeply concerning. It is a mess up place to work in. Do not work for Bethany.
I worked there since July and the place is nice and the residents are nice some of them but the manager is a horrible person she doesn’t know how to do her job at all she’s an awful human being. She needs to be dealt with . She doesn’t care about anyone but herself
