The staff here like to verbally abuse the elders and it’s sad, bed bugs, roaches, it’s crazy that this place is still open. I need to know how they have a proper star rating with the state because it’s pathetic here.
I only clicked one star in order to type my feelings. If you love your family, you will definitely NOT go here. Bad bed bugs, rotting floors, AC and heat hardly ever work, nasty . I went the other day and I stayed outside only to find grass 3 feet tall where they can go outside. Owner flys in once a month, why? Probably to receive his pay or show his face. I am extremely disappointed with the way Bethamy Retirement Center is being run, particularly under the leadership of Administrator Nicole Harper. Her management style is not only unprofessional but downright toxic—yelling at employees and creating a hostile work environment. There is a serious lack of transparency and integrity in how she handles both staff and residents. The condition of the facility itself is also deeply concerning.
