I wish I could give negative Stars, because I would. Yes, my car needed work, but when they picked it up they pulled my alignment out of place by pulling my car sideways on the bed of the tow truck and refuse to take responsibility for it. My car now shakes like the wheels are going to come off going over bumps, the steering wheel is canted a lot to the left, and it pulls to the right. Paying for a tow is never good but this was the worst experience possible! They quoted one price on the phone and then raised it by almost 200 when in person. Then said they are closing so no time to get the extra money. Also told me I can come back with 100 and get my personal items, but when I came back the offer didn't stand anymore, but wouldn't do it when offer because of time. Basically yanking my chain over making money for the business.
Great service.Friendly . My car battery was dead and it was almost closing time.The mechanic was knowledgeable but didn't talk down to me.The owner had a battery delivered,in a timely way l was on my way.Very happy.saved my day!.
