Paying for a tow is never good but this was the worst experience possible! They quoted one price on the phone and then raised it by almost 200 when in person. Then said they are closing so no time to get the extra money. Also told me I can come back with 100 and get my personal items, but when I came back the offer didn't stand anymore, but wouldn't do it when offer because of time. Basically yanking my chain over making money for the business.
Great service.Friendly . My car battery was dead and it was almost closing time.The mechanic was knowledgeable but didn't talk down to me.The owner had a battery delivered,in a timely way l was on my way.Very happy.saved my day!.
Unfortunately, we needed a tow truck. Bethalto Star was recommended. They were there within minutes. Shawn, the driver, was really knowledgeable and got right to work. We spoke with Pat after the tow and he was so helpful. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again if we ever need a tow. It is a shame we can only give them 5 starts.
Great crew. Prompt service. Their trucks work with low ride vehicles.
