Dr Oliver. Rude. Rude. And Rude. The male Dr that was there was also very condescending, fresh out of medical school. I switched doctors and offices to someone who has better bedside manners.
Dr Oliver and her staff are the best. She spends as much time as needed with both me and my husband, we travel about 60 miles round trip for our appointments and worth every mile. The staff is like no other Dr staff, they are prompt, caring , & courteous.
Where do I start. I have an elderly mother who suffers with various pains in her body. This doctor instead of giving her a solution, she was very unprofessional and rude to her and did nothing to assist her. Dr. Oliver to me is worth 2 craps in my book. I am making sure that my mom changes insurances so that she can go back to her previous doctor who has a heart and would never treat my mom as if she was just another $ sign instead of a human. No bones about it, Dr. Oliver and her staff saved my life! There are so many 5☆ things I can say about Dr. Oliver and her staff like how they treat EVERYONE with dignity and respect, are always considerate about your situation, office is always clean, Kitty and the rest of the staff are kind and professional....on and on The thing I like the most is that Dr. Oliver keeps her oath. She is a healer. And, she will personally call you for important things. Thank you, Dr. Oliver and staff!!
She is my husband's doctor. Had to take my husband to see her without an appointment. He did not have to wait long and she was quick to see him due to the nature of his problem and provided him with the care he needed. She is very thorough and always ensures that her patients are provided with the best care possible.
