Poor follow up. Waited till my 3 month follow up appointment to tell me that the test she ordered was delayed because of broken equipment, instead of calling sooner and referring to another facility. At 3 month follow up she said she was sending the referral to another hospital. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Sent her a message through patient portal. 2 days later no response.
